Availability may be affected by maintenance, internet connectivity, third-party infrastructure, supported devices, mobile networks, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

GPS accuracy and tracking performance may depend on the GPS tracking device or application in use, satellite reception, network coverage, configuration, and other external factors. We do not guarantee that every supported setup or environment will provide continuous or precise tracking.

6. Pricing, Refunds & Cancellations

The price and license duration applicable to your order are those displayed during checkout. Payment processing, applicable taxes, and transaction documentation are handled according to the terms presented by Digistore24 and the relevant agreements.

Our stated refund policy provides a 60-day refund period for eligible purchases, subject to the applicable refund terms and any mandatory rights provided by law. Customers should consult our Refund Policy and their order documentation for instructions on submitting a request.

Unless the specific offer expressly states otherwise, license purchases are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. When a license expires, a new purchase may be required to continue using the paid service.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

7. Affiliate Partners

Our products may be promoted by independent affiliate partners who may earn commissions on qualifying sales under the applicable affiliate program terms.
