2. Map Replay & Tracking History

Our GPS tracking services may provide historical location data and map playback features through the monitoring platform at gpsmonitor.com.tr. The availability and level of historical detail depend on the applicable service, account settings, device reporting, and system configuration.

Tracking history may be subject to storage limits, retention settings, technical restrictions, or service-plan limitations. Users should not assume that all historical coordinates or raw tracking records will remain available indefinitely.

Users are responsible for configuring their devices and accounts appropriately and ensuring that any collection or use of location data complies with applicable law.

3. License Duration & Activation

License duration and activation conditions depend on the product and plan purchased. Where an offer specifies a one-year license, the license is intended to remain active for the stated one-year period, subject to the applicable product terms.

License activation may depend on successful payment verification and the completion of required account or license setup procedures. The applicable start date and expiration date are determined by the relevant order confirmation, license information, and product terms.

Unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise, purchases are one-time payments and do not automatically renew. After a license expires, a new purchase may be required to continue paid access.

4. Privacy & Legal Disclosure

We take reasonable measures to protect account information and tracking data handled through our services. Access to such information is restricted as appropriate to operational, security, and legal requirements.

5. Age Requirements & Eligibility

A person purchasing or managing a license on behalf of a business or other organization confirms that they are authorized to act on its behalf.

If we identify an account that violates applicable age, eligibility, or account requirements, we may take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and our Terms and Conditions. Any deletion, suspension, or restriction will be handled subject to applicable legal obligations and user rights.

6. Hardware, Service Limitations & Applicable Law

Our products provide software and digital GPS tracking services. Unless expressly stated in a specific offer, physical tracking devices, installation, vehicle wiring, mobile connectivity, and other hardware-related services are not included in a software license purchase.

Tracking performance may depend on GPS reception, device quality, power supply, mobile network coverage, internet connectivity, third-party infrastructure, and correct installation or configuration. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or perfectly accurate location data in every situation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for failures caused by external networks, incompatible equipment, improper installation, or unlawful use by a customer. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These matters are interpreted subject to applicable law, including the laws of the Republic of Türkiye where applicable, and any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
