Shopping Rules & License Activation Guide
Welcome to GPS Tracking Global. This page explains the purchasing, license activation, account compatibility, and service-use rules for our GPS tracking software.
Please review these rules before placing an order. Your purchase and use of the service are also subject to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
Legal Compliance & User Responsibility
- Lawful use: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of GPS tracking complies with applicable laws and privacy requirements. Obtain any consent or authorization required to track people, vehicles, or assets.
- Legal disclosures: Information may be disclosed to authorities or other parties where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law and the relevant privacy policy.
- Service limitations: GPS accuracy, connectivity, and data availability may depend on the tracking device, mobile network, GPS reception, configuration, and third-party services. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
- Age and capacity: You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and meet the applicable age requirements.
Important Payment & Order Rules
1. Account email: Enter a valid email address that you can access. Use the email associated with your existing account when purchasing a compatible follow-up license. If the system requires a separate account for a different plan category, follow the checkout instructions or contact support before paying.
2. Order limit: The website may restrict an account or email address to a maximum of 3 orders under its current purchasing rules. This limit is subject to checkout validation.
3. Plan compatibility: License categories are assigned according to the selected product and account eligibility. Do not assume that an existing license can be upgraded or downgraded by purchasing a different category. Contact support before placing an order if you need to change plans.
4. Payment confirmation: License activation generally takes place after the payment provider confirms a successful transaction and the required order details are available. Incorrect or mismatched checkout details may delay activation.

2. Purchasing & Platform Rules
Single-Item Checkout
The checkout may be limited to one product and one quantity per transaction to support order processing and license activation. Place separate orders when required by checkout.
License Purchases
Review the selected license plan, included features, price, and license duration on the product page and checkout before completing your purchase.
Account Capacity
The plan capacity includes the primary administrator account. For example, an A25 plan provides a total capacity of 25 accounts: 1 administrator and up to 24 sub-users.
One-Time Payment & Renewal
Purchases are one-time payments unless the specific offer clearly states otherwise. Licenses do not automatically renew unless the checkout terms expressly provide for automatic renewal. To continue using an expired license, purchase the compatible follow-up product.
Refund Policy
Eligible purchases are covered by the applicable 60-day refund policy, subject to its terms and conditions. Please read the Refund Policy before ordering.
Order & Activation Support
If your order is not activated or you are unsure which product to choose, contact support@gpstrk.top and provide your order reference. Do not send payment-card details by email.
3. Seller & Affiliate Disclosure
GPS Tracking Global offers GPS tracking software licenses. Independent affiliate partners may promote our products and earn commissions on qualifying sales. Affiliate commissions do not change the stated product price unless otherwise disclosed at checkout.
Orders and payments are handled through the payment provider identified at checkout. The provider's role, payment terms, and applicable tax or invoicing arrangements are governed by the checkout information and relevant agreements.
