Affiliate Terms Of Service

💰1. Commission Structure & Payments

Affiliates are eligible to receive a 10% commission on qualifying sales attributed to their approved affiliate links, subject to the applicable offer terms and the affiliate program settings established by GPS Tracking Global.

Digistore24 provides the applicable order processing, affiliate tracking, commission administration, and payment services according to its platform rules and the settings applicable to the affiliate account.

Commissions are subject to the platform's validation procedures and any applicable rules concerning refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, and payment eligibility. The timing and method of payouts are governed by the applicable Digistore24 payment conditions.

🍪2. Affiliate Links & 180-Day Cookie Window

Affiliate links may use tracking parameters such as aff (Affiliate ID) and cam (Campaign Code) to identify the affiliate and campaign associated with a referral.

The affiliate tracking system is configured for a 180-day cookie period. The tracking cookie supports attribution during that period, provided it remains available in the visitor's browser and the relevant tracking and attribution conditions are met.

If a visitor deletes or blocks the cookie, uses a different browser or device, or has settings or software that prevent tracking, attribution may not be possible. Commission eligibility remains subject to the tracking records and applicable Digistore24 rules.

Affiliates must not manipulate tracking parameters, overwrite another affiliate's attribution, generate artificial referrals, or interfere with the tracking system.

🛰️3. Products & Accurate Promotion

GPS Tracking Global provides GPS tracking products and services, which may include GPS tracking software, subscriptions or licenses, and GPS tracking devices, depending on the specific offer.

Affiliates must accurately describe the product being promoted. Marketing materials must clearly distinguish software or service access from physical hardware, and must not promise that a device, subscription, feature, or service is included unless the relevant offer explicitly confirms it.

Affiliates must not make misleading claims about product features, compatibility, coverage, performance, pricing, discounts, or expected results. Any product specifications and included items must match the applicable offer information.

🚫4. PPC Advertising & Brand Protection

To protect the GPS Tracking Global domain, brand reputation, advertising accounts, and sales infrastructure, affiliates must follow these promotional restrictions.

• Affiliates must not use misleading advertisements or falsely present themselves as the official company, website, or customer support service.
• Brand-name bidding or advertisements targeting protected brand terms, including “GPS Tracking Global”, “gpstracking.com.tr”, and “gpsmonitor.com.tr”, are prohibited where restricted by the program rules or applicable advertising platform policies.
• Affiliates must not use spam, deceptive redirects, malicious pop-ups, fake clicks, automated traffic, cookie stuffing, or other artificial methods to generate visits or commissions.
• Advertising must comply with applicable laws, disclosure requirements, and the policies of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), social networks, and other promotional platforms used.
• Affiliates must not make unauthorized changes to official branding or use promotional materials in a way that misleads customers or puts the website or domain at risk.

Where a violation is identified, GPS Tracking Global may request corrective action, suspend an affiliate link or campaign, or terminate participation in the program, depending on the nature and severity of the violation and subject to applicable law and platform rules.

🎯5. Traffic Quality & Program Integrity

Affiliates must promote products using genuine traffic sources and honest marketing practices. Campaigns should target audiences who may reasonably be interested in the relevant GPS tracking products or services.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Automated traffic, bots, fake leads, or artificially generated clicks.
• Deceptive redirects or attempts to bypass website validation or tracking controls.
• False testimonials, fabricated reviews, misleading product claims, or unauthorized guarantees.
• Spam, malware distribution, phishing, or promotional activity that compromises user security or the reputation of the domain.
• Attempts to manipulate affiliate attribution, commission validation, or the checkout process.

GPS Tracking Global may review referral information, campaign details, and relevant tracking data to investigate suspected abuse, protect the program, and maintain the integrity of affiliate attribution.

⚖️6. Network Audits & Governing Law

GPS Tracking Global reserves the right to review affiliate referrals, traffic sources, campaign information, and tracking parameters to protect the integrity of its affiliate program, website, domain reputation, and sales infrastructure.

Affiliates must use genuine traffic sources and comply with applicable advertising laws, advertising platform policies, and the promotional restrictions set out in these Terms. Fraudulent tracking, misleading advertising, spam, malicious redirects, and other activities that may compromise website security or result in domain or advertising account restrictions are prohibited.

Where a violation is identified, GPS Tracking Global may suspend affiliate tracking links, restrict promotional activity, or terminate an affiliate's participation in the program, as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be handled by the competent courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye, subject to applicable mandatory jurisdiction rules.
